Actually it is not all that fragile. There is a wooden cylinder for the head with a 2cm dowel glued into a drilled hole for the handle. The whole thing is then covered with about 1cm of sculpey. I knocked it on a few things to test it out! Anyone wondering where MadMonkey has been? :D
