Unbelievable. I am going to try using wire instead of paper and tape for my armature next time. Your craftsmanship is excellent. I like how you did his teeth and hair. What kind of clay did you use and is he painted with acrylics? Do not wait another 20 years to sculpt again. :)

Seriously though, I'm not sure which is stronger, your painting or sculpting skills. You should do more of each so I can make a accurate comparison. :)
